EOPs for any sort of screen which serves a primary purpose of displaying advertisements, that is not just a TV mounted on a wall somewhere. In other words, this is for advertisements displayed on screens in kiosks, gas pumps, on the sides of buildings, within shops, and so on.

The irritating screens at Kroger gas stations (circa 2012) apparently use Linux. Some postulation was done about the potential version of Ubuntu used.
