Dingoo Digital Dingoo series

Yet another “homebrew” console that continues the lineage started by the Game Park GP32 in 2001. Releasing sometime during February 2009, the Dingoo devices ended up as a small series of handheld “homebrew” systems. Despite this moniker, some actual games released for these devices, which qualifies them as being more than mere “emulation handhelds”. Specification-wise, the Dingoo “A320” came with 1, 2, or 4 GB internal storage, a 320×240 screen, 32MB of RAM (64MB on A330), and a 360MHz MIPS-based “Xburst” CPU. Of course, the Dingoo never tried to be a conventional home console in the first place, so even it's meager hobbyist-based sales can be considered a success.

Console emulation (potential)

Whether these emulators support operating systems for these consoles is unknown; it must be looked into further. Consoles without meaningful OSes are not included.

The general port of the Linux kernel to the Dingoo. Many links are available, but the seemingly most recent kernel build has been supplied. Note: not all apps will require the Linux kernel. Some will use the “µC/OS-II” OS that is installed native onto the system. Many Miscellaneous EOPs are available for this, and they have been linked below as part of this listing.
